Meet Zantha Day, a distinguished real estate professional serving the Central Valley with expertise and authenticity. Raised in the welcoming community of Hilmar, CA, Zantha combines her deep local roots with a dynamic and approachable demeanor. As a devoted pet parent to Levi, her 6-year-old Poodle Terrier mix, she enjoys exploring local trails, traveling, and engaging in social experiences. Zantha brings a down-to-earth authenticity to her work, spiced up with her outgoing, infectious personality. Licensed as a real estate agent since 2010, Zantha leverages over a decade of experience as a mortgage broker to deliver unmatched proficiency in mortgage lending and strategic negotiation. Her deep market insight, combined with a commitment to integrity, reliability, and exceptional outcomes, ensures clients receive tailored, high-caliber service.
Meet Odle Towe, a truly wonderful individual you’ll be glad to know! Hailing from Hilmar, CA, Odle is a longtime Modesto resident who has dedicated many years as a volunteer soccer coach, guiding his two children with care and pride. A member of the Modesto Engineers Club and a trusted figure throughout the industry, he brings a hard-working spirit, honest approach, and incredible knowledge from over 30 years of experience in land development, civil engineering, and civil construction. His passion and commitment to quality and community shines through in every endeavor.
